酒店樓下有Circle K, 運動服店，雖然第一晚不能睡好，因沒有熱水沖涼，樓上不斷有搬動傢俬聲音，但第二天投訴後，最後也給我們換房. 早餐好吃，員工也很有禮貌.

フロントスタッフが完璧だった。 大変綺麗かつ丁寧な英語で、ホスピタリティが良かった。 部屋は窓なしバスタブ無しだが問題無し。 ウェルカムフルーツも美味しかった。 ホアンキエム湖から歩けていける。 お値段も手頃で満足度高め。 チェックアウトの際にコーヒーのお土産までくれて良かった。 おすすめしたい。

凌晨到的就要住的這個酒店酒店，因為是三個女生，所以我們決定住在一個雙床房前台的酒店叫我們加了100塊錢。整個應該是有些年份了，整個裝修還是比較下功夫的，但是設施比較老化，尤其是衞生間基本上就是比較落後的，床品還可以，室內的裝修也還行，但是衞生間的衞生我認為是不行的，早餐整體來説還是比較豐富的，特色的粉還是非常美味的，外國人説的比較多，可能口味更加偏歐美一點。

設施：房間風格不錯，空間也挺大。該有的都有。 衞生：挺好的，乾淨整潔。 服務：挺好的，早餐服務員熱情到位，前台耐心，走的時候還送了小禮物。 環境：這個不太行，酒店擠在一堆房子裡面，靠馬路太吵。我住的房間雖然在裡面，但是對面一排空調外機嗡嗡嗡，房間的空調也是嗡嗡，晚上必須戴耳塞才能睡。 交通：這個還不錯，對面有便利店，周圍好多吃飯的。附近就是火車街，適合晚上溜達。

The hotel was in a fantastic location, very close to some of the main attractions in the Old Town. Every member of staff that we met during our stay were friendly and polite. The room was modern and spacious and had all the amenities you could need. Breakfast was delicious and freshly made throughout the morning. On check out we were a small gift of coffee which was a lovely touch to say goodbye from Vietnam!

The location is excellent — you can walk to many tourist attractions. Breakfast was great, I really enjoyed it. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I had an issue with the hot water in my room, and then with the staff member who came to fix it. However, the manager understood the situation and handled it with care and professionalism. One thing that could definitely be improved is the "no windows room". While technically there is a small window, it doesn’t face anything and lets in a lot of light at night, which can be disturbing to sleep at night. On the bright side, the gym is excellent — definitely a highlight of the hotel. Despite the small drawbacks, I really recommend this hotel!
